These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use kloudreach.com or hire Kloudreach ("we", "us"), a creative AI agency, for AI video, AI content, AI automation, website or SEO services. By using the site or our services, you agree to these Terms. A written proposal, quote or agreement for your project may add to these Terms; if the two conflict, the written proposal wins for that project.

1. Our services

We offer AI video services (such as AI product videos, AI avatar videos, brand films, reels and invitation or event videos), AI content and social media content, AI agents and workflow automation (such as WhatsApp AI agents, lead bots and connected workflows), and supporting website and SEO services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for your project are set out in the proposal or quote we send you.

2. Quotes, fees and payment

  • Fees are as stated in your quote or proposal. Unless the quote says otherwise, prices are in Indian Rupees and applicable taxes are extra.
  • Monthly services are billed in advance. One-time projects may require an advance before work starts.
  • If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until it is cleared.
  • Work outside the agreed scope, or extra revision rounds beyond those included, may be charged separately. We will tell you before doing chargeable extra work.

3. Third-party tools and platform costs

Some work runs on third-party platforms and tools, such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, AI models, automation tools, hosting and domains. Their usage charges (for example per-conversation WhatsApp fees or software subscriptions) are separate from our fees and are paid by you, from accounts in your name, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Each platform's own terms and policies apply, and platforms may change, limit or suspend their services at their discretion.

4. Results

We work hard to make content, agents and automations that help your business, and we report honestly on how they perform. Business results depend on many things outside our control, such as your offer, pricing, competition, platform changes and how quickly you follow up on enquiries. So we do not guarantee any specific number of views, leads, sales, rankings or followers. Any figures we share about past work describe past results, not a promise for your project.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and the access we need (for example to your social pages, WhatsApp Business account, website or business tools).
  • Make sure you have the rights to any logos, photos, videos, music, text or other material you give us to use.
  • Make sure your products, offers and claims are lawful and that you can back up claims made in your videos, posts and other content.

6. AI-generated content

  • AI video content is made with third-party AI tools. Results can vary, and we review and edit every video before delivery.
  • We only create a digital avatar or likeness of a real person with that person's written consent. You must not ask us to imitate a real person, brand or copyrighted character without permission.
  • Some platforms label AI-generated content. We recommend being transparent with your audience about AI use.

7. Ownership

  • Pages, WhatsApp Business accounts, automation accounts and websites are set up in your name, and you keep them if we stop working together.
  • Once you have paid in full, the final deliverables we create specifically for you (such as videos, posts, scripts, chatbot flows and website content) are yours to use for your business.
  • We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how. Unless you ask us not to, we may show finished work in our portfolio and marketing.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project. This does not apply to information that is already public or that we are required by law to share.

9. Ending the work

Monthly services continue until either side gives notice, as set out in your proposal. If no notice period is stated, either side may end monthly services with 15 days' written notice (WhatsApp or email is fine). Fees for work already done, and any non-cancellable costs, remain payable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business, or for actions taken by third-party platforms or AI tool providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim.

11. Use of this website

The content on kloudreach.com, including text, design and videos, belongs to Kloudreach or is used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy the content for commercial use without our permission. Guides on our blog are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed.
