This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Kloudreach ("we", "us") collects when you use kloudreach.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Kloudreach is a creative AI agency based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Free audit and contact form: your name, mobile number, business name, industry, city or area, and the services you are interested in.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email: anything you send us when you message, call or email us.
  • Client work: if you become a client, the business details, brand assets, photos, videos, logins or account access (for example to your WhatsApp Business or automation tools) you share so we can deliver the work. If we build an AI agent for you, it may process the messages your customers send it, only to deliver that service.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, how you arrived on the site, and actions like tapping a WhatsApp button or sending the audit form. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies to do this.
  • Server and security logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

2. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare the free audit or consultation you asked for.
  • To send quotes, plan and deliver our services, and handle invoices and payments.
  • To understand which pages and services interest visitors, and improve the site.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam or misuse.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the details from the audit form to add you to unrelated mailing lists.

3. When we share information

We share personal information only when needed to run our business:

  • Service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting, email forwarding and storing form submissions), Google (Analytics, Search Console, Workspace or Gmail), and Meta (WhatsApp, when you message us).
  • AI and automation tools, for clients: when we build videos, AI agents or automations for you, we use third-party AI and automation tools and work inside your own accounts (such as your WhatsApp Business account) under their terms.
  • Legal reasons: if required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. We use established providers with their own security and privacy safeguards.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and normally no longer than 24 months if you don't become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards as required for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you,
  • correct information that is wrong or out of date,
  • delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons,
  • stop contacting you about our services.

6. Security

We use reputable, secure providers, HTTPS on every page and limited access within our team. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Children

Our site and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
